It works by creating cross sections which eventually go together and create shapes as these layers are joined and slowly fused together. This technique generally offers the advantage that 3D printers can create just about any object as long as it is not too big. Depending on the method used by the users and the printer together with the model and size of an object, a 3D print can take anywhere between a few hours to even a few days if the object which is being printed is complex. The type of machine used I the process can also dictate the time that it will take the printer to finally complete a certain product.

From this point onward, all a user has to do is to leave the printer to do its job or watch it and enjoy the slow, but very interesting show it has to offer. Better printers are also able to achieve more precision, as they have a different system which features a number of benefits. In general, 3D printing is not very quick, but this is said to change in the years to come as the technology will become more widely used and more people will take interest in what it has to offer.
